Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

What to Expect at Your First Appointment

Our physiotherapist will discuss your symptoms, health history, daily activities and recovery goals. They will then assess areas such as movement, strength, flexibility, balance and function.

Your findings and treatment options will be explained clearly, and a personalized care plan will be created with your participation. Progress will be reviewed during follow-up appointments so treatment can be adjusted as your needs change.

Insurance and Direct Billing

Physiotherapy may be covered by extended health benefit plans. Direct billing and support for eligible motor vehicle accidents, workplace injury and other benefit programs may be available at participating locations.
